This fantastic antique piece is hand made and dated approximately 1860's. The brooch is silver fronted with 14ct gold back and is set with diamonds sapphires and pearl.

There are 6 sapphires and approximately 60 diamonds of varying cuts. A single natural pearl is set at the centre. The total estimated diamond weight is 3.50ct with H-K colour and SI-I3 clarity.

The rear of the brooch has a removable hinged pin with a revolver safety catch. The design of the brooch with pendant loops and the removable hinge pin suggest that this may have once be part of a larger set and attachable to a necklace/collar and/or hair piece.
