At Doble unlocking the value of your unwanted jewellery is easy.
The first step is to simply fill in the online form and click the register button.  This will automatically set up an account with us whilst providing us with your details and any relevant information we need.  Then just post your jewellery to us along with your contact details, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery as it is insured and requires a signature.

How it works.
Once we have received the items and worked out a price we will contact you via email to tell you our offer.  You will receive two offers, one offer will be the value for your items if you want payment by cheque, the other, higher offer will be the value you could receive in online store credit.

If you choose to have monetary payment we will post a cheque to you, if you choose store credit we will send you a gift certificate to spend in our online store.  When making a purchase simply use the code on the certificate to redeem it.  If you do not wish to accept either of the offers for your jewellery then we will happily post the items back to you free of charge.

All you have to do is let us know what you want, either accept our cash offer and recieve a cheque, accept our store credit offer, or reject both and have the items returned.

Unlike many companies we are as transparent as possible throughout the whole process.  We believe that you should be able to see how much you will get before you receive payment, which is why we give you the option to reject the offer.  We also believe that you have a right to know how much we pay for gold and platinum before you send in your jewellery.  These up to date prices, along with a calculator, can be found on the gold prices page.
