For physical Gift Vouchers to be used across our stores only: As default, we will email you with a website redeemable Gift Voucher code. If you would like to use the Gift Voucher in our stores instead, then simply let us know by emailing us back and we will be delighted to post out a physical Gift Voucher to you instead.

All Gift Vouchers have an expiry of 12 months from purchase date.
