All our jewellery is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from date of delivery. Manufacturing defects may include; casting, plating or setting errors. This guarantee does not cover wear and tear damage, this may include: scratches, dents, cracks in metals (unless caused by a manufacturing error), damaged settings, broken/cracked/chipped or missing diamonds or gemstones. Upon claiming under this guarantee we must inspect the item to establish how the issue has occured.

Should the item be damaged and show no sign of a manufacturing defect then we may offer a discounted price quote for repair if possible at our discretion.
