Returns Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your item purchased online and would like to exchange or refund, please send it back to us in its original condition enclosing proof of purchase, i.e dispatch note or invoice.

We can issue refunds within 14 days of the purchase date, and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (website purchases only)

Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange if the item has been personlised, engraved or altered in size.

The easiest way of sending your item back to us is through the Post Office, but we would recommend you send your parcel special delivery to protect your goods, also dont forget to keep your tracking receipt.
