If you are dissatisfied with an item which you purchased with us online and would like to exchange or refund, please send it back to us in its original condition enclosing proof of purchase such as the dispatch note or invoice.
For sales made through the website, we can issue refunds within 14 days of your purchase date and exchange can be offered within 30 days of the purchase date.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund or exchange if the item has been personalised, engraved or altered in size.
We would recommend sending the item back to us using Royal Mail Special Delivery with the relevant insurance added on. Please keep hold of your tracking number until we confirm receipt of the item.

Your Right To Cancel
You have the right to cancel an ONLINE purchase within 14 days without giving a reason for doing so. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day you receive your website purchase.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us by email, letter or telephone call of your decision to cancel this purchase within the 14 day cancellation window and send the item back to us within 2 days of this decision.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your contract of purchase , we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs, however, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the item.
